Are you a passionate HR leader ready to take ownership of a dynamic and growing organization’s HR agenda? We are seeking a Senior HR Responsible to join our management group and shape the future of our IT Managed Service Organization.
About the Role
As Senior HR Responsible, you will lead all HR operations, strategy, and initiatives, ensuring our workforce thrives and aligns with the company’s vision of operational excellence, customer centricity, and innovation. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing transformation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute an HR strategy that supports the organization's goals and aligns with its European scope.
Talent Management: Drive recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive IT environment.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion while enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Management: Implement performance frameworks to ensure continuous feedback and development across all levels.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all regions of operation.
HR Operations: Manage HR systems, policies, and day-to-day HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For
A completed HBO education.
Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in IT, technology, or service-based industries.
Strong understanding of European labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience driving HR transformation and change management initiatives.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Masters the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing.
